Two Reasonable Vegans Privacy Statement
We are based in London, Ontario.
Section 1 – What do we do with your information?
When you fill out a contact or opt-out form on our website, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address, or other details to help you with your experience.
Email marketing (if applicable):
With your consent, we may send you emails about our company, new services, and other updates.
Section 2 – Consent
How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a form, verify your email address, you explicitly consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in to any other program, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by completing our opt-out form, emailing us at email@example.com.

Section 4 – Two Reasonable Vegans
Your data is stored through Two Reasonable Vegans’ data storage, databases, and the general Two Reasonable Vegans application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. If we process transactions, all transactions will be processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Section 5 – Third-Party Service
We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. However, your IP address is anonymized before being processed by Google Analytics. When you click on links on our application, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Section 6 – Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
